Getting tint on Black TA... post your pics! Guys, I'm getting my Black TA tinted tonight... can't decide what kinda tint and what %age to go with..
Plz post pics of your tinted rides, and feel free to suggest what kinda tint & percentage to go with...
Here's what I have in mind so far:
- Semi-Metallic Tint
- 5% Rear window
- 35% fronts [ NJ cops can be a dick sometimes...
]

I'm wondering if I should just get the rear tinted... reason being, I had 20% all around in my previous car [ Grand Prix GTX ] and got pulled over every now and then by cops
Would it look really bad if I got just the rear done and left the fronts alone ? ..
would the TA look like those Minivans and SUVs with the rears only tinted ?
The car is black with charcoal leather interior... I can't decide what route to go..
I had initially decided to do just the rears.. and then I saw a bunch of cars with all windows tinted and said " ****!.. that looks so much better"

i did limo on EVERY window. the look is to die for. btw i have the same car and cops can b dicks, but i drive with the windows down alllllll the dam time. gets really frustrating, but its totally worth it when you need to slip into "stealth mode"

I would get 5 percent on the hatch and go legal 50 on the sides..If your ride has things to hide,like nitrous,no cats,no front plate,no state inspection,no county decal, open cutout .I am guilty of all of the above except nitrous.

Cops bust ***** for windows tinted to the left and right of the driver in NH. I don't know why it's a such a big deal, but nobody gets away with it.
I would go 20% rear, 35% sides. That would be perfect in my eyes, I drive my car daily (well sorta) so 35% would be the lowest I would go on the sides.

ive had limo tint all the way around for a little over three years now. Never had a problem until 2 weeks ago when I got a ticket from the highway patrol. Now I have to take it off and go down to the pilice station and get it signed off. No fine just fix it....
Question.......My tint on my car has like a metalic like shine on it, is that the windows or the tint thats on it?
If its the Tint is there just plain black tint out there?
