Default Need Help!!!!!!!!

Here's my problem: I got small drops of something all over the top of my car (including hood and spoiler). It looks like tree sap, but in small dots. I am assuming I parked under a tree because of how it is only on the top and top-sides of my car. My car is black and it really shows. I washed my car today, thinking it would come off..... nope . I tried the following:
1. normal wash with automotive soap
2. Goo gone
3. Step one and two in 3-step wax process (meguires)
4. strait dawn

The goo gone took a little off but not much, i would say 25% effective.
Meguires step one and two took off about 75% of it, but still visible.
Strait dawn did very little to nothing.

Guys I need help getting this stuff off. I went to Auto Zone to get a clay bar, but they didn't have any. Do you think that a clay bar will help, what should I do. Please give me some plans of attack.

Clay bar is a good choice, I've found Turtle Bug & Tar Remover works good also. Good luck.

Sounds like you need a clay bar. I used the Zaino clay bar before I applied the polish. You could just feel all the crap it took off, and how it made the paint feel smooth as glass.
