Firebird Formula tail lights I cracked a tail light on my 99 formula and bought one off e-bay to replace it. The new light was darker than the original.(Almost like a blackout light).
Are some of the 98-02 lights different? Or do they use a different tail light for the WS6 cars, or the darker colored cars?

the darker one probably has a crack in it. Mositure causes the lense to look dark.
He's right... send it back. I dont know why, but the driver side tends to crack easier than the pass.side, in my past experiences. Vibration or something. Go in the "Parts For Sale" section on this website, and buy one from there.
