22 year old leather... Omm. Needs some help. Hi All! Suggestions for the leather seats in my 2002 TA. The seats are soft and nice, BUT I want to make them softer and last longer. Car has 21k on odomotor. I know from manuals and such there is a thin polyurethane skin on top of the leather. Makes it hard for leather conditioner products to do their job. Uggg. Got suggestions to treat the old, yet lightly used seats??
The only product I've used that seems to soften the TA seats is Leather Honey. It's sticky, so when I've used it, I've used it in hot weather. let it sit for a day and then use the cleaner to remove the excess. They won't feel like new leather but they will soften a bit.

Leather care. Hi! I like cars with leather seats. The problem is most of these leather seating surfaces are coated with a poly coating to reduce friction and wear. My car is 2002 with leather. So.... knowing that the seats are covered in plastic, what is the best leather conditioner?

Cleaning the seats:
Lightly dirty- APC
I know it looks and sounds silly, but it awesome lol.

Both of these can be used to clean the hard plastics and the steering wheel. Be easy with the steering wheel and solution until you get comfortable with using it. I would definitely test it on both your seats and steering wheel first, but its never given me any issues diluted 10:1
Leather Conditioner and I have used this stuff on Everything from daily drivers to the #19 Ferrari It is by far some excellent stuff.
