Default Instrument Cluster Gauge Surround

Hi, this may be an odd question, and I might be posting in the wrong forum—if so, I apologize.

I have a 1999 Camaro Z28 Convertible, and I'm looking to see if anyone has information on how to install the black plastic overlay that surrounds the individual gauges in the Firebird into a Camaro. I really like the look of it and am thinking about making the switch.

I'm also considering white gauges, but I don’t want to end up with cheap, low-quality ones.

You just need to buy the lense cover for the guages off a firebird and swap them. I actually did the reverse of this for mine.

I don't think that's the proper name for the part, it's seems to he part of the cluster when you search, but they can be separated.

I've got a camaro one on my firebird, ive got a set of stand alone gauges bit still wanted the glass cover without the trim pieces.

I had a feeling that was the case. I will look around and see if I can find just that piece. If not I will need to spring for the whole assembly. Thank you!
