Default NXT questions.....

I did my car with the ColorX/ NXT combo this weekend and it looks awesome on black

A couple questions tough.... Does the NXT have any type of a UV protectant in it? The sun is harsh in FL... Also, can you use a detail spray with it like Meguiars QD? I know NXT is a ploymer and the QD is made for the carnuba wax they have....

I believe it has some sort of UV protectant but I doubt enough for the FL sun. To play it safe you might want to put a coat of carnauba over the NXT. It sure wouldn't hurt anything and would def help it last longer. As for the QD, you can use any type you want. NXT has a wax booster that works really well. I use it after every wash, only takes about 20 min to do the entire car and makes it feel like it was just waxed every time.

I have the Spray wax stuff too, but for like spot detailing and such, I would like to use a quick detailer. That stinks if thats true about the UV stuff. I didnt want to apply a carnuba over the NXT, it kinda makes the NXT usless if youre just going to put a wax over it. Might as well skip the NXT

NXT has protection of it's own. Otherwise it probably wouldn't be made. Any QD will work with it.

If you get a chance, look for the new Meguiar's Detailer line of professional products. Their new "Last Touch" product is AWESOME! It's a QD with polymeric lubricants, very nice!

Last Touch used to be called Final Detail and is a very nice product.
