chip in clear on nose!

can this chip in the clear coat, on the nose oy my camaro be fixed? It is on the plastic nose and appears to only be damaged clearcoat. any estimates as to how much? how difficult and how it will look and hold up afterwards?

Has the nose been repainted lately, if it has more them likely you will have more flaking in the future.

my door is the same way. It started to run so I just put some clear over the area. It hasn't run anymore and it really doesn't look that bad.
