Default Help- Dried Silicone on Paint....

When I installed my front gfx piece, I put a thin bead of black silicone in to eliminate the space (bad idea, I know that now.....)

Well of course it got all over the place.

Now I have dried silicone an 1/8 inch above and below the seam, and it looks like .

I've tried to get it off with goo-gone and a rag but it appears I might need something more abrasive, and I don't want to scratch the paint. Any ideas???????

A couple other things to try:

Rubbing alcohol
WD40
Ronsonol lighter fluid

You might be able to scrape some off with a credit card...
