Comments on a new idea? I am the one that wants to do something that not most people have. I was wondering if its possible to get lambo doors for a 98-02 trans am. If you so, if anyone has any pics or links where i can find out more info.

I believe they work with hydraulics so you wouldn't be applying all of the force to lift the door. They do look ugly though. Just make your car a 8 second car, not many people have one of those.

I think they would look great and I was also interested in this idea at one point and time. I think the body style and wing of the T/A, and especially if you have a ws6 would really flow well with the lambo door conversion. 2 things that kept me from doing this is leaking t-tops when done, and the price for a simple hinge bracket and struts.
