New Artic White SS ideas? Same as silver SS, but mines white. I'm looking for some exterior ideas for my car to set it apart. Can you guys post some pics for me. I'm especially looking for something in the grille area. Thx
My oh my...ive been rollin the idea's through my head on a white SS lately. Dunno why, but being I hardly ever see white SSs, ive been doin up some things in my head.
But for the grille, I have a few idea's. Take the black SLP grille, and just paint the red part of the bowtie white to match the exterior of the car. Or, slap on the stull grille thats black, add the white/black SS emblems and leave the back cover white so it'll offset the black better. Or better yet, pull off the stock shroud (if you dont have an SLP grille) and fill in the holes and paint the CAMARO letters black. Same w/ the back of the car, black fill-ins for the CAMARO.
Then do a ZL-1 style stripe like the older Stinger cars of the 60s. Where the outter stripes are 1/8"-1/4" thick, then there's a 1/4" seperation and then the wider main stripe. But, this is how ya do it (if you can invision it) - you bring the main stripe covering the top of the RA duct, then off the sweeps in the front you bring the outter most stripe back, leaving the 1/4" seperation between that and the main stripe and it'd look something like this
