How hard is silver leaf to apply???

How hard is silver leaf to apply??? i am painting my 95 ta pewter and i was thinking of doing a pin stripe in silver leaf on each side what do you guys think? (silver leaf is the thin paper like substance used on the bike building shows on the discovery chanel)
How hard is this to apply and how costly is it?
Should i paint the car pewter with the silver leaf or silver with the silver leaf

o wow man, u got ur hands full with that one...my dads old friend oes those, i was watching him, ad wowowowow....that sht is so hard to do, but if u have someone that can do a good jub it will look koool
