Default rear 1/4 panel replacement

basically I bought a 94 camaro 3.4 Relatively cheap, to make into a big block street car for a daily driver, but since making it look good is cheaper than making it go fast at the moment, I would like to fix it up to look like a new camaro before I start (new condition). The panels are all flawless except the right rear quarter where someone backed into the car. the dent is fairly large, about 10" across, in front of the wheel well, almost to the door frame, what I was wondering is what is the easiest approach, and where do I get another rear quarter panel besides a junkyard.

Should I a. Drill all spot welds and cut the entire panel out,
or b. cut out the damaged portion and mig weld in a new piece? ( i suck at tig but I can mig Really nice)

are there instructions on the net for this kind of thing?
