Dash instrumentation Hey everyone!
I am getting ready to do some work on my gauges and was going to put in the white face overlay in the next month or so. However, I have noticed something on a 99 camaro that is different than my 98.
There is a thin black plastic overlay that is on the later model cars that mine doesnt have. What it does is gives the appearance of seperate gauges. Someone said they can be placed on the 98. I love the look and wanted to do it all at once. Does anyone know where this piece can be bought or does anyone have a wrecked 99-02 car they would seperate the piece from? I am hoping its not the whole gauge cluster. I will try to find a pic of the one I saw and post it.

Its a Firebird Only item. It can be installed on the Camaro though. Perhaps the person you talked to bought their Camaro used with it already in place. Some of the Sponsors here sell that item. Its usually in the same section as the overlays.
I will keep looking at our sponsors but havent found one yet.....I know they have to be there....I am also going to check out the scrapyards for some 99-02 birds. Thanks!
