Default Spoiler Damaged, how much to fix????

So I got an SS spoiler from a guy on ebay, he said it had one chip above the brakelight, which it does. However when I opened the box today the corner that sits right next to the antenna is broken and looks as if the fiberglass is fraying out. Its not big, just that little corner, and the rest of the spoilers paint looks good. Should I send it back and try to find another already painted or should I just fix it? Are there any ways I can fix it myself? How much would a body shop do it for?
Let me know, Thanks.

its really hard to say what someone will charge you. Thats the thing with fiberglass..nobody wants to do it. It sounds fixable..but theres not alotta experienced people with fiberglass work. Thats why it becomes so pricey. Good luck!

send it back..was it sent insured?....maybe the guy would be willing kto ksplit the cost of repair....If you used PayPal linked to a credit card to pay you may also have some recourse there as well

id send it back, his description of the product was obviously wrong. you can always find another one, in better condition. and the cost to fix it will probably exceed the price you paid for it.
