Just outta curiosity, which do you all think works better for attaching fender emblems, 3m tape or 3m adhesive in a tube? They are metal emblems.

I would use adhesive myself.

Use the tape, The 3M emblem adhesive will eat into the paint.

The double sided tape wont harm your paint and the emblems can be easily removed/replace if desired.

If you install them in the cold be sure to warm the erea with a heater or hair drier first, the tape doesnt stick to a cold panel very well.

Do the emblems have foam on the back of them?

Definitely heat the tape with the heat gun, it will work great and not damage your paint . Adhesive = bad.

No theres no foam on the back of them.
But they are nice and flat so the tape would work good.
