Garage "bling" pics
Ceiling is 10' btw.
If anybody gets one, pm me 'cuz there are a few "tricks" in assembly...
My father and I have been working on it for over a year now, and its finally shaping out to be something special for us. It was at one time just a dirt floor pole barn. It is now heated, insulated (the yellow 'twinkie' foam walls) cement floored, air-line plumbed with 7.5 horse compressor, 4 Rotary lifts, lots of tools and two level storage, solvent tank and planned beadblaster. In the shop at the moment (These pics are about 4 months old) are 5 cars (one's at the bodyshop), two of them current restorations, two 24' Featherlite trailers with one car placed in a single trailer, the other one empty, and almost no more room for parts. The maximum vehicle occupancy, with all bays filled and the two trailers moved out is 12. Also, we've found that Sherwin-Williams industrial floor paint doesent hold as well as promised, so we will lay linoleum as soon as we bite the bullet and move everything out.
Anyone got some wrenching to do?

Plenty of parking!

The third bay is where I have my workbench, tools, air compressor, etc... my workshop. The ceiling is 10' high, so I'll probably be adding a lift like Rex showed. I've been shopping around for one lately.

Is there a reason they didn't lay it out straight?
It's not like you would be encroaching on your neighbors land.
I'm still waiting for my house to be done after 1 1/2 years and 7 construction managers later
My garage will be 28' wide and 23' deep and the driveway will be 26' wide all the way to the street. I will have room for 6 cars in the driveway and 3 in the garage.
Now only if Lennar would finish my house.
They say I should be closing the middle of March.
I added a few pics. The veiw from the master bedroom is well worth the wait though.
You'd be suprised at how little room there actually is now that we've got everything back in there. The trailers is whats really killing us, and really, only the two-post next to the workbench is really the most useable, because the other is crammed between the wall and the other 2 closest lifts. My Z -BARELY- fits on that one. But it works. I may go take some pics this weekend while I'm down there and show you just what I mean. Might even sneak a couple shots of my dad's toys for the masses.

Sweet set up too. I'm waiting for my house to be finished, complete with 3 car garage, 24feet deep each to house my 1968 Nova, 2001 Z28, and car trailer.Trailers not allowed in yard or driveway. I'm setting up workshop in garage with Flowbench and grinding bench, industrial sink, solvent wash tank.
I have insulated walls and will have A/C for those hot, muggy summer days.
When its ready i will post pictures.
