can someone please show me the difference in the bolt in and weld in 6 point bars cause i want the powder coat and dont want to paint over welds.
just want to weld the floor plates to the floor boards and spray paint thoes. and also what does jig notching mean.

If you get the bolt in 6 point you can get it powdercoated. The whole cage bolts in therefore you don't weld anything and won't ruin the powdercoat finish. Jig notching means the end of the bars are notched where they meet so all you do is hold the bars together and weld them. It seems like an expensive option when ordering but you will pay the same if not more if you have the person doing the install to jig notch it.

You can still weld in the floor plates if you want with a bolt in. As far as the harness you can use either one. I drilled a hole in bar for the harness mount. What is you reasoning for wanting a bolt in bar if you are going to weld the bottom? you wont be able to take it out anymore and if that is the case you might as well get a weld in.
