whats the best way to remove a bumper sticker that is dry rotted. its been on the car for a long time. i was gonna try a dull razor and hairdryer. even though the paint is prob gonna be a diff shade, i wanna salvage it as much as possible. no money for a paint job

Try using 3M Adhesive remover, you can get it at any local parts store.

i'll try the 3m remover. wd40 and goo gone didnt work. this sticker is really on there. when i first bought the car i had this harsh sticker remover, but it started to mess with the clear coat so i stopped. but even with that it was a pain to take some of it off.

You might also try lighter fluid.
