Ehhh, i got blackouts for the fog lights and DRLs/Turn Signals. Ended up taking out the fog light blackouts because the fog lights look like complete *** with them in.
But yeah, there's some guy on ebay who sells them. If he's not turning up, try searching completed sales and see if you can find his website.

I bought mine on ebay. The guy's email is fdisc@aol.com. (He is using picts of my car to sell the front end black out kit.) I think they run about 10 or 15 bucks.
