Default Polishing TT2s....

I took my TT2s off my Z in the middle of December and they are trashed (look wise). Brake dust, it really needs a good polishing, and I was wondering what all I need to do to make it back to the way it was when I bought the wheels.

WIll I need to use a claybar, etc? And if so how do I do this?? Thanks very much for any help.

Mix Magic metal polish. Microfiber cloths, since terry or cotton will leave fine scratches in the metal. When down spray the wheels down with a 50/50 mix of glass cleaner and water to remove the any sort of coating that might be built into the polish. Then coat the wheels in your favorite polish, I use tropi-care.

On my polished Fikse lip, I just use some ? metal polish on a terry towel and lots of elbow grease.

Should you wax or seal it afterwards? (I do that on the clearcoated center)

since my rims are non-clearcoated I use some blue magic and a polishing cotton bit on a dremel. It takes a while since i take the rims off the car to clean but it works very well. Somtimes I polish with a little bit of mineral spirits too and it helps.
