I know, I need to do something with them but I'm afraid to pull them off. There isn't much room and I know I would lose a bolt or something.

I got them from Custom Carbon Fiber Works. They are real big in the corvette forums.

Let me know how your interior done by Chad and I want to see it if its done, Are you planning to go to the Fbody meet in April in Hulen?

I bought the polished stb. I don't have the tools to polish anything on my own yet but I plan on getting a few things soon. You should see my engine bay when its clean. You can tell a big difference.

Its not wire loom its an insulation for wire and fuel lines. It is pretty much the same thing as the tape that comes on the fuel lines. I have the tape but I wanted to see how it looked
can you let me know what its called or where to get some. Thanks!

The red carbon fiber is simply bad-***.. very nice start!!

Now, de-sticker the bay.. re-route the small wires, do the !wire mod and get a batter cover or optima/cover..

Later we can talk about plating.. Nice start though I like the "flow"..

I got the insulation from Jegs. Its made by Cool It. I don't remember what it was called for sure but I think it was Thermo Flex. I'm sure you can find it by the brand

The TB is powder coated and the MAF ends are billet aluminum. The ends are for show and the factory ones go back on for everyday driving. I just finished up Autorama a few weeks ago and I haven't had time to swap them out again

Thanks Steve,

I'm already ahead of you, I have a battery cover here are a couple of pics. Tell me what you all think about it

I want to do the !wire mod but I'm affraid to do it right now. Maybe when I have some time off of work and the car can sit I'll do it. Where would I reroute the smaller wires and which wires? I plan on losing the AIR hoses soon so that should help too.

Nice but the direction of the cabon fiber on the battery tray is not running the same direction as the CF on the passengers side FRC.. I expect better next time..

Do the manly !wire mod.. not the alternate sissy version.. damn, I'm a jerk tonight.. somebody ban me or something..

maybe I am just happy its FRIDAY!!! :woot:

Well crap steve I didn't even notice that the cf was going a different direciton. I was more worried about the emblem running the same way as the cover.

I'm going to do the MANLY wire mod but I need to get the ***** to do it 1st. There is something about messing with those wires that worries me.
