Winter salt on my car....

Winter salt on my car.... I will have to be driving my car to the dealer in a week, but i will have to drive it on the salty roads, will the car be ok for a few days, especially after i wash it?...what is a good soap or washing method to get it off?

If you have access to a pressure washer and a ramp, USE IT. 
I know the feeling. I resorted to using a drive-thru car wash, but they use extremely soft cloth, so I wasn't so worried about it. The main reason was for the undercar wash.
