Default Rocker panel dented

This winter I ran over a snow bank and dented the passenger side rocker panel in a few spots. Most if it is under the car and not visible. One dent reaches all the way up towards the edge of the panel that meets the door.

The body shop wants $400 to bondo and paint it, but I don't know how well bondo and rockers mix over time. Dent Wizard said they can't get behind it to massage it out, so paintless removal is out too.

Is there any way to fix this easily? The rocker is sealed so I don't know if there is a way to get behind the panel to push it out. I have also considered the Ding King or Pops a Dent. I figured $20 is worth a shot to see if it pops the worst one out.

Does anybody have a way to fix this?
