Of all my mods I will detail the 2 I feel are most unique and that you might actually want to do.

First is changing the shape of the side markers. The Firebird styling is so smooth and flows so well it makes the rectangular side markers stand out like a sore thumb. I basically painted them to create a more appropriate shape. It is not too difficult at all to do this. The only thing I might do if I had to do it over again would be to add a little tint to the front amber marker. It is brighter than it has to be.

The other thing is a bit more work involved. I wanted to have some polished tips that would not get dirty or black all the time and I liked the styling of the factory tips. So I removed them and had them fully polished inside and out. I used some clear laquer to protect the finish. Then I added turn downs before the tips and fabbed up some custom brackets to hold the tips in place. You can say the tips are more cosmetic than functional, but it sure does look great to me. No more dirty tips ever again.

These aren't the best pics or the most recent. They are about two years old (I just don't take many pics of my car) all the stuff in the signature has been added. The main body mods were designed and fiberglassed by my father and I (hood intakes, side intakes, painted taillights, LED third brake light). I'm really considering converting my front clip to a 98-02, but it would negate all the work we did on the hood (I'm still not sure what I want to do?!?!)

I like that paint scheme but the back needs a lil flare to it- maybe some clear corners chrome/silver inserts, silver or green bird between the tailights etc.

jsut my thoughts sweet none-the-less

He made that himself. I'm guessing from the stock wing. I think he mentioned he would try and sell them if the conditions were right.
He made all the parts, front end etc...

Maybe you can contact him and ask about the wing. Let us know what he says as I like it also.

I have a bunch of his old pics. Here are a few more of his wing:

My car pretty much came all blinged out...

30th TA..

I did the blue fill ins on the rear (PONTIAC)

And on the front plate bird I put a two tone decal (the 2 blues from the 30th stripes) I also have that same bird on my whisper lid.

My cool thing that people always ask me about is in the engine bay. I had firebat make me a decal that's the door badge TransAm in little letters, same blue as my stripes with 2 small birds on the side and it goes across my strut tower brace which is white.. it's hard to describe.. I'll see iffin I can find a picture...
