Using FrontPage 2003. I originally started with a template but then started adding HTML and custom images, colors, etc. Until I made it my own. My provider is www.hostonce.com but I don't recommend them. I paid once to renew with a credit card (check card) and then the bastards tried to take more out of the account later.
