rear bumper needs repainted i came out of a club this weeknd and found out someone backed into my car, they hit my rear bumper....no damage to the bumper, jus the paint, it cracked the paint and its been peeling a little bit now...my deductible is 1000.00...is it worth reporting to insurance?? how much will it cost me to repaint my bumper proffesionally done? its black 2001 Z28...thanks for any help...
It will not cost you your deductible to have the cover replaced and painted. I would make sure there is no hidden damage before your decide not to file claim though.
Go to a body shop and get an estimate. They are free!!

The bumper cost around 800 to replace and repaint depending on where you g. I had the same problem, but i just got mine fixed for 500. I got the other persons license and their insurance paid, though.
