Question Cleaning Discolored Interior

I have a 02 SS with Ebony interior and some of the plastic pieces have a yellowish hue to them. Is there anyway to remove the discoloration so the interior will look new again?

Funny you should ask this... I just went today to the dealership where i bought my car a while back. There was a guy there fixing the interior on a 2002 BMW, the steering wheel was faded and looked ugly. The guy re-dyed the leather and plastic on the steering wheel. He had a spray gun and everything, I imagine that's the only way to do it if your pieces are faded or discolored.
