Best way to adjust TA headlights?

Best way to adjust TA headlights? Ever since my passenger side headlight and front bumper got tapped, it pushed the headlight assembly back a little and now I am having issues with the passenger side light not wanting to pop up. It's because it is rubbing on the hood. Any suggestions because I don't want to bring it to a body shop because I know I will get raped. Thanks. Pics would be great too if possible.

the cover to the light comes off and you can adjust it. id do that first if that doesnt work then that whole black assembly that holds the light will adjust as well so try messing with that.
