Gauges? Im looking at getting the new Autometer Nexus gauges buti seen that you can only get them in 2 1/16 but i was wanting to put them in my vents on the dash of my TA. What i was wanting were some pics of gauges in the dash or anywhere inside a 4th gen ta or camaro. Also what is the difference between the 96 and 97 Ta a-pillar. I seen they make a triple pod for the 97 but not for the 96. Thanks for any help.

You should call up summit, or someone. A lot of sites dont list much in a 2 5/8" (Perfect fit for TA AC Vents) but they often exist. Not sure about the pillar question, and I have a pic on my website of a 2 5/8" fuel pressure gauge in the vent
I'm using gauges in 4 of my a/c vents in the '69. The 2 5/8 fit very snug. The 2 1/16 are nowhere close to fitting. Ask around and you can probably find them. I'm using the Ultra-lites. Ordered them before I saw the Nexus gauges.

Well i called up autometer and they arent planning on making the nexus gauges in 2 5/8". So im up in the air between getting 2 5/8 ultra lite gauges with a red LED for the vents or doing a triple pod withe the nexus gauges. I will probably decide with the nexus gauges because i like the features that they offer. I like that you can set warning points for high and low limits and i can get them to match the red dash lights in my ta. Plus they just look good.
