PermaStar classic/black chrome??? Anyone know anything about this stuff ??? Is it a special coating process or is it something any powder coater can do ? If it is a special process where can i get this done and how much does it cost?

I saw this product at SEMA this year, and if memory serves, it's a process that only a specialized shop can only do. I'll check to see if I have the catalog of their products.

thanks guys, i am having a hard time finding out very much about this stuff. i'm going to a local powdercoater this weekend and i'll ask him if he knows anything about it. i would love to have 1 set of zr1's done in origional chrome and 1 set of TA wheels done in black chrome, but so far i can only find 1 place that will do it and they are charging $200+ a rim. i like it but not that much.
