Klasse AIO (all-in-one), NEVR-DULL, and Heavy Metal Polish super fine are good for restoring chrome to like-new.

Works wonders on anything chrome, aluminum, etc. RESTORED my friends polished aluminum rims with it to mirror finish. I used to use the Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish, but there's much better stuff out there. There's a new one out that I read about on Autopia.org but haven't tried yet, I'll probably check it out when I run out of Meguiar's NXT Metal Polysh. It's called English Custom Metal Polish, here is a before/after picture from their site which also has some good metal polishing tips:
