Broken Ashtray Question well one hinge on my ashtray is broken, i was wondering do these come out easily from other cars. I dont use it i just want it to say closed...never let a girl put her knee on your ashtray...thanks for the info, if anyone knows if i can just buy a factory replacement or whatever that would help too

well you see...there was this girl in my car and somehow one of her knees ended up on my ashtray, but enough about that, lol, anyone ever broke their ashtray and if so....how to's on fixing

no i dont have pics of what is broken, but it is the lid, it wont stay closed and look flush, its one of the hinges, i couldnt tell right off how to get it out, thanks for the help

it was worth it...well she offered to pay for it, but i didnt keep her around long enough to collect, well this thread is pretty much dead, i guess i just need to go to the dealership and order one
