The mods have started! updated*** 1st I removed the side moldings alond with the door emblems.
Then I got bored around 7:00 when I got home from work. I had some paint laying around and well...
It turned out awesome!! I might go a little darker but you get the idea.

The CE tail panel looks great! The color you chose looks really nice with the red.

Thats the idea, but it gives the car a smooth, more "clean" look than w/ it (for some owners). I like it tho. And Im w/ ya, I'd go darker on the tail panel or maybe even black (being the rear already has some black in the tail bezel) then add a few coats of clear to make it shine. Outside of that, its lookin good.

With fiberglass doors you really dont have to worry about door dings. The moldings look like **** in my opinion so they had to go. I might do black on the back but just not sure yet.

yeah go darker man but damn it came out good what did you use ?...wetsanding ?
If it looks anything like the z28 did this is going to be a badass car.

DARKER but not black. i hate side moldings too. a few days after i started driving my trans am i took it off. the molding was the same as when i took it off my camaro but the letters were a PITA that adhesive they used sucked *** to get off

But, the molding saved it.I think charcoal like some others have said would look pretty good. Gloss black wouldn't look bad either, though. In either case, your car do what you like.
