Paint scratches ?
Paint scratches ? I noticed the other night that my entire paint job is fine on a 2000 TA but the rear quarter panel on the passenger's side. It has a ton of little vertical scratches. It almost looks like spidering but it is definately scratches along where the upper panel meets the bumper panel.
Ever since I bought the car that one panel has been a bitch to work with for some reason.. when you clean it wax won't come off it for **** and it always feels different than the rest of the car. It almost feels like GM forgot to clear coat it.
My rear quarter panel looks like it has the equivalent of paint "stretch marks" so can someone tell me how in the world that happens?

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "paint stretch marks" but if the paint feels rough, you might try clay barring it. Then after that try some Meguires ScratchX to get the scratches out, you will have to "work" this stuff pretty hard, but it will get out some pretty bad scratches. Also I am kinda pissing in the wind, without seeing pics, but from what you described this would'nt hurt by any means.
