How do you take off the grill

My friends has a SS bowtie grill and he wants to take it off without messing up the plastic screws..How would you do this and how long will it take??

I just slowly pulled on mine, and it came right off. Just concentrate on one screw at a time.

Yeah... just be patient and take your time, you'll be surprised how easily it pops out.

you think your going to break somthing as your doing it, but ive never heard of anyone doing this removal and having somthin other than the clips break

i had to cut my middle clips. they wouldnt pop out. i just took a regular bush cutter thing and chop chop. now i need to figure out how to get whats left out.

theres a few clips and 2 pastic bolts on top I think. I spent almost an hour trying to get the bolts off the "right" way and I got so pissed I finally just ripped it off, and all it did is kind of stip the plastic bolts, but I can still screw on the nut tight and use it again (but i never will)
