How do you take off the grill My friends has a SS bowtie grill and he wants to take it off without messing up the plastic screws..How would you do this and how long will it take??

theres a few clips and 2 pastic bolts on top I think. I spent almost an hour trying to get the bolts off the "right" way and I got so pissed I finally just ripped it off, and all it did is kind of stip the plastic bolts, but I can still screw on the nut tight and use it again (but i never will)
