rear view mirror I have a 99 B4C (Z28). I want to upgrade my rearview mirror to the ones that display temp, and have a compass. Is this a tough upgrade? The stock mirror already has power to it, for its two map lights.

its not complete plug and play because you need to add temp sensors and such.. check in the electronics section they have write ups, but i do have a rear view mirror out of a chevy truck that has compass temp and auto dimming that sells for over $300 from gm that i will sell you for way less.. anyways PM if you want it, it's in great shape.

Do a seach on ebay, these forums and google for Gentex Mirror. They have several options. There are several threads on this; although I have not seen one in a while.

I tried to do a search but I didnt find exactly what I needed. Sometimes it seems search works great and others not so great. I posted this in electrical too, but nobody has really come up with much yet.
