Grille Idea

Has anyone used their stock grille. sanded it down, painted it black liek the s grille, put the inserts in and cleared it? Filling the hole with soem putty as well?

Anyone got pics?

I'm thinking of doing this

Um, I have the stock grille, and I have painted it gloss black to match the car. But I prefer the "stealth" look so I havent put in the inserts.

I can try an take a pic if you want.

I didnt fill in any holes... (what holes?)

i dont know what you mean. are you talking about the plastic insert or the actual nose behind it? the nose has "camaro" writen in it and alot of people just fill in the holes and paint it.

what did u do about the larger holes where the styrofoam is visible?

sorry can't see, kinda blurry. I was thinking more along the lines of using some type of screen of conceal the styrofoam.

Just cut the foam out. Either do the FRA mod, or just let the air cool the radiator. I put some gutter guard from Lowes in there.
