Default rear pics

Ok guys and gals, I need your help. I need as many pics of your rear where the hatch meets the taillights. I had an accident and the insurance has ok'd the car to come back to me but i am still not happy with the results. This is after the third time I took the car back. I went to the dealer to get their opinio and we looked at some other T/A, Formulas, and Firebirds and most of them looked like what i got now. I still dont think it is right. He said he would take a look at it to see what he could do. Tell me what you all think. Here are a couple of pics. I know the car is a little dirty so no bashing please. Thanks...

It won't help cause the link doesn't work. I don't see what's the deal if you said that all the other ones look the same

gap is wayyyy excessive in my opinion...ill post pics of my red one when i get home where you can clearly see the gap cause of the differant colors. it doesnt look like its a hatch problem though...looks to be more tail light issue than anything cause if you notice, it lines up pretty good with the fenders.

The gap is definately waaaaaaay too big, just went out and measured the gap on my car = 1/8th"
Don't accept **** like that, you took it to them to put it back pre accident condition, and if you have to take it somewhere else do so, and inform your insurance company that it is not fixed in an acceptable manner, and the shop you've taken it to is apparently incapable of fixing it, (after trying 3 times) so you will be using a different shop

I already tried that with the insurance and they sent an adjuster to look at it and said that it was good to go. That kinda pissed me off so I told the guy at the body shop that I was going to have the dealer look at it and he said that if there is anything that the dealer could do to fix it that he would be willing to pay for it. Its in the shop right now getting the roof replaced for the sail panel issue. Thanks guys for the responses..
