Default Fix for leaking headlight.??

my drivers sid eheadlight got some moisture in it. Anyone have any tips on fixing the problem??

Disconnect it, take it out and fill it up with water. hold it upside down and watch where it's leaking from. When it's dry, seal where it was leaking from with some clear RTV. That should work.

starting my search on this stuff........ I did the wetsand mod to clean up the cracked plastic, but some moisture got in the light when I did it. Any thoughts on how to get the moisture out?
