you guys have no idea, here in the Bay Area, the idea of a cool car is now a mid 90s Buick Park Avenue or late 70s/early 80s Caprice or Impala, Lifted (yes, lifted) in order to fit the rancid 24s under it. They also have whistle tips, lots of beat with no dynamat (rattle rattle), and a fake Louis Vuitton interior. The Buick are called "Scrapaz" and the Chevys are known as Box Chevs.
