That is freakin' nutz. I'd say ask a local reupholstering shop. 
I'd check around to local independent upholstry shops. I haven't looked but, I'd bet the YearOne price is per seat. My buddy at the local Chevy dealer's body shop turned me on to a guy that does some of their work. He's mobile. He came to my office, removed my driver's seat, took it back to his shop, disassembled the seat, repaired the padding (frame was poking through in places and starting to affect the leather) came back and reinstalled the seat. All in a matter of a few hours, while I was working. Cost me about $130. Over the years I've run into a half dozen or more people that do the same kind of work here locally. Without even looking for them. I'm sure there are some competent people in your area.
