Does anyone make a vent for the fbody hatches like the corvettes? My firend has a 84 vette and there is a piece that goes betweena his glass hatch and the back that raises it up 1-2 inches. Does anyone make one for the 01 fbody?

never heard of it before, and my friends 84 vette (when he had it) didnt have this (to my knowledge

 

I dont know if my friends came with the car or he bought it extra but he has it. It bolts on and off.

 

What exactly is the vent for? Just air flow? You do know that there is a factory fresh air vent on the drivers side of the hatch well.

 

No I didnt know there was one there. It is used when he has his hardtop off to let the air flow better throught the car.
