headlights definately need the whistler mod, and maybe something to continue the black them onto the hood. just having the spoiler black seems kind of out of place. nice start though 
I'm just going to guess, but I think he just hasn't gotten around to painting the spoiler yet (SS Spoiler on a Z-28...)
Lower it, either paint the housings of the head lights or black halo's (is there an echo in here???) and, one more time, get rid of or move that yellow ribbon, and you have a mean looking ride.

Is it just me or does anyone else think you could make that spoiler look badass by extending the black (through graphics or paint) toward the front of the car in some sort of stripe design? Anyone see what I'm saying? It could be like a full body mant ray graphic. Just a thought.
I do think i would good if the black was extended to the front. Not sure how to achieve the proper look though. My first thought was to paint the hood black or at least part of it, but then it might be too much. Dont' know but i totally know what ur sayin Arctic.
And i agree with Jack about the turn signals, But the whistler mod would make them seem not out of place. Nice ride by the way, the complete black top theme might just go somewhere.
