Fog light Question

Hey guys, I'm new to here and just had a question...
I'm looking to replace my fog light bulbs on my 99' T/A and can't seem to find any info on how I would do it. Could any of you guys give me some help?

To heck with replacing the bulbs, just do the upgrade, any higher wattage than the stock 37.5 bulb will melt the plastic fog light housing
