Default Headlight Help Please!!

Alright I just bought some new bulbs for my headlights and I removed the plastic shroud surrounding the headlights, then the metal retaining frame that holds the glass and bulb assembly, but how do I get to the actual bulb do I have to pry the glass apart or something? cuz I looked at the back of the assembly and the glass is like melted around the wires going to the bulb. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

normal headlights have the bulb insert from the rear of the headlight..... now for the glass beign melted...i think maybe previous owner could have sealed it because water was getting in it????? 40/40 maybe?

wild guess here... if thats the case just very cautiously sand off the 40 40 ..

You took the whole damn thin apart to get to the bulb? In t/as is it the same as camaros where you get behind the headlight and turn the elbow connecting the bulb a quarter turn and pull out?

NO! TA's have the old fashioned sealed beam headlights. Camaros have the bulbs that you twist out of the housing.

yea, I was just reading some different posts on here and the only way to upgrade the bulbs is to buy a conversion kit for it.
