I guess you might want to mention you have a TA as mecham makes a hood for camaros too.

Go for the best looking hood available for the 93-97 models. "Big Block" hood from American Sports Car Design. Rex is a sponsor on this board, he can help. Great quality hood, looked better than the factory Ram Air hood for that model and always got compliments on it wherever I went. It sits about 3 inches high. I don't have pics because digital cameras weren't affordable to me then, but on the ASCD site the Big Block hood is on a black TA. As for Mecham, forget anything with that name attached. The Mecham hood is only for the 98+up models and they are total junk. See my link below to see what my hood from Mecham looks like.

I very highly recommend the VFN 4 inch cowl. It is not like other cowls where they are perfectly flat with a boxy 4 inch rise, this slopes into the 4 inch rise and keeps the factory look by including the hood vents. I just put mine on, and have gotten so many compliments I can't even keep track of them, and its not even painted yet. Check them out on the right, they make some bad *** hoods, and the quality simply can not be beat.
