So I went to the dealer to get the bolts for the hood latch and lever...but they didnt have the lever bolts and the latch bolts they gave me were wrong. I even pointed that **** out on a diagram. Its the second time out of the 2 times I went there that they gave me the wrong size bolts. Does anyone happen to know the sizes of them?

I use the ones from my z28 and they bolted fine on the OEM SS Hood.

Problem is that I had an aftermarket cowl hood on the car that used standard bolts and I think the oem hood is metric.

My parts manual CD shows the following:

Bolt, Hood Primary Latch Striker: M8 x 1.25 x 30mm
Bolt, Hood Secondary Latch: M6 x 1 x 25mm
