Berger Panel
They're custom. You take the regular filler panel that you have now, remove it from your car, scuff it up, and paint it. Do a search man, there's seemingly thousands of threads on Berger panels, it's the most over-done mod for a Camaro.
Or you can do like I did as well as others did purchase a new panel from GM (approx $105) have it painted (approx $50 satin black no clear coat). If you want to save your factory panel (if you ever decided to go back to the stock look)

just call up a local parts yard, there were so many camaros made, use any 93-02 camaro
tell them you need the rear filler pannel for a 95 camaro.. dont say Z28 or a newer year because they will want more for it
then take it home, sand it lightly and use wal mart matte black bumper paint thats what i did

01pewter2001Z28 thanks for the very detailed info, after lookin at the time and steps it will be pretty good to get the extra and I'll have fun seeing what the car looks like when it gets done.
