chipped rims

chipped rims so i was driving in the fog last night and went to merge onto another freeway and the media/ curb was about 1 or 2 inches still since it hadnt ended and i rode up on it some now there are a few chips on both of my drivers side rims, is there anyway to fix these? any ideas?

if they're polished, just file it down and re-polish. If they're painted, file down and re-paint. If they're chrome, you either live with it or get them re-dipped, which would cost you about the same as new driver side wheels.
