Need some help with SS Spoiler

I test fit this 98-02 ss spoiler I bought off a guy and I noticed that there is a gap between the trunk lid and the 2 spoiler post on the under side of the spoiler. Looks like 1/8" gap What do I need to put in there and where can I get it? BTW: This is a real SS spoiler

find some rubber and make your own. Trace what you need then cut with a scissors. I would do that unless you are trying to enter it in a car show where someone might notice.

You talking the sides or the center fangs? The center fangs just have 1/8" or so thick double side tape that sticks between the fans and the trunk lid.. On the sides there isn't anything. It should fit flush against the trunk.

Yea talking about the center fangs... I just wondered if there was a part I could buy or make my own. Sounds like I will have to wing it. Trouble has been finding the right thing to cut it out of. I had the spoiler on my car to test fit now I wish I would have measured the gap. AutoZone had some weather stripping that looked like it would work, plus it was black in color but 10 foot roll cost $15 and I need 6 inches lol

Buy some inch wide double side foam tape and cut it to the shape of the fang. I picked up a roll of Scotch 3M exterior mounting tape from Home Depot for $3.97. My car is a factory SS but I pulled the spoiler when I put on the trunk stripe and thought I'd have to replace it but it came off fine and I was able to reuse it.
